Our plans are designed for those people who want to run any of these distances for the first time and for runners who want to lower their times, arriving at the indicated date, IMPROVING THEIR PERFORMANCE and REDUCING THE RISK OF INJURY.

We have plans of 12 to 16 weeks with days of 3-6 training days, where week by week the loads will be progressively increased, depending on the objective. Our plans include STRENGTHENING ROUTINES and TECHNIQUE EXERCISES that you can see in our video section.
